Okay so it’s April. This means it’s spring! Let’s get into the zone and summer ready with these bikini body ready recipes…

Not so Pinacolada shake

  • Pineapple cubes

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 200ml coconut milk or even better coconut cream!

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • A whole load of ice

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth for a thick and tasty shake… perfect for that night time sweet tooth.

It’s high in protein, anti oxidants, vitamins and healthy fats. Great if you’re in a rush to take out with you or just as a snack or mid meal hunger buster.

Need your greens?

Greens smoothies normally look and taste absolutely vial… I have devised a smoothie that I personally think tastes amazing (still looks horrid haha). Give this super hulky smoothie a go and be looking slender and feeling amazing in no time.

  • 3 teaspoons greens powder

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 30g avocado (so you got some fats but not too many calories for one drink!)

  • 10g vitamin C powder

  • 50g banana

  • Handful of ice

  • 200ml of almond milk (or water)

We all know that adding spinach into a protein shake is a super easy way of getting In some goodness, as its tasteless when blended with protein (in my opinion). Greens powder is the worst tasting thing I have come across in regards to supplements, but it is also one of my top supplements… adding in some banana and a flavoured protein kills most of the taste and makes it easier to consume.

Hangover buster

We are all guilty for reaching for the unhealthy, salty foods when we are hungover and feeling not so fab. Short term, this will probably satisfy you and make you feel like you’ve overcome it, but I can assure you, long term, you are still going to feel the same… if not worse!

It’s important to fuel your body with vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants when you have been on a heavy night out as your body has taken a huge shock to the system and its just crying out for some goodness!

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 quarter / a few slices of orange (or a dash of orange juice)

  • 1 scoop strawberry protein

  • 1 handful of ice

  • 1 handful of blueberries

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • If you can hack it add in some Spirulina
